  The customer service was great. Even the guard was smiling and very friendly. The sales agent answered all my questions willingly. Unfortunately, Sketcher shoes just aren't made with the same quality they use to be. They use to be so comfortable and durable but now are all made with memory foam or yoga mat material. Every tennis shoe on the market has this now making Stretchers no different from the rest. Please go back to building your shoe the way they were when they first came out.
