  I was frustrated with the service and prices at department stores. They claimed huge labor day sale, but still out of my budget. I was frustrated and stopped in to Sleep Train just to compare prices. I assumed a product specific store would be more expensive, but I was wrong! The full retail prices were less than the department stores and the service was world class! I will recommend Sleep Train every time! And I will be a return customer, for sure! Oh, and delivery was the following day with a time frame that was updated throughout the day so I knew exactly, give oe take, when they would arrive. And I could check on the progress of the truck. They have GPS on the trucks that updates frequently so that was also a huge plus! The delivery guys were great. It took a while 5 minutes for them to deliver straight to my room upstairs. So nice!

  Anthony at the Vallejo #2 location was absolutely wonderful in helping me find a bed frame...in a hurry. He went above and beyond to get me what I needed and did it quickly. If you want great customer service, thus is the place to go!
